Shipping policy

All our orders are shipped from Paris, France.

Delivery times Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is then made within 3 to 5 business days for mainland France, and within 5 to 10 business days for the rest of Europe.

Delivery area We currently deliver to mainland France as well as European Union countries (Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, and other member states).

Order tracking A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.

Delivery delays In the event of an exceptional delay (strike, bad weather, customs, etc.), we will inform you as soon as possible. Airnomade cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
